How do I change the device location?

A device location allows you to easily locate your link device when using the map functionality in the native companion apps.

You must be logged in as an Administrator or Group manager to manage device settings!

Steps to configure

  1. Click the Devices link in the navigation bar.

  2. Find the device you are looking for either by searching or using the paging functionality.

  3. Click on the Settings button for the device:

  4. Click on the Configure sub-navigation link:

  5. Navigate to the Location section and click the Change button to the right of the "Location" status:

  6. Complete the form that appears with your required location settings and click Save:
