Navigate to the Devices page from the navigation menu.

Find the device you wish to change the name of.

Click the Settings (cog) button for the device:

Click the Configure option in the sub-navigation of the page:

Find the About section, look for the Name line, and click the Change button:

Fill in the form presented with the change required and click Save:
