Steps
Navigate to the Notifications page from the navigation menu.
Find the notification that you would like to change the status of.
On the panel at the bottom of the notification, the available options are shown. These vary depending on the notification state.
In the example given, because it is a "New" notification, the options available are "Reject" and "Action required".
