How do I set up my user account?

During your first login you'll be asked some questions to finish setting up your account.

Your account allows you to interact with all the devices that you have access to within your organisation.

If you have been invited, then please follow the below steps to complete your account setup.

Steps

  1. Check that you have received an invitation email.
    Remember to check your Spam folder if needed.

  2. Your organisation may use SSO (Single sign-on) so the next step is different depending on how your account has been set up.

    1. Non-SSO account
      Your e-mail has a 'Create a password' link - this will take you to the web app where you will have to create a password. This password will have to meet the complexity rules (displayed on-screen).
      Once you've entered your new password you will be taken back to the login page, where you can now login with your new password.

    2. SSO account
      Your password is already set - it's the one you use to login to your organisation's SSO provider. When you enter your e-mail address you will be taken to your organisation provider's login page to complete login there.

  3. You will then have to answer a few final setup questions:

    1. What is the name that should appear when others see your account?

    2. What language should we use when you log in?


  4. (For non-SSO users only) Depending on how your administrator has configured the system you may also have to register for two-factor authentication.



    If that is the case you will need to obtain an authenticator app and follow the steps to register for 2FA.

  5. You should now be taken to the main web app interface
